Every Ari Home is a smart home, with automation strategically deployed to simplify tasks and infuse enjoyment into the most precious hours of your life: the ones spent at home. Lighting, security, audiovisual, temperature and electrical are all managed from your smartphone, to give you full control and insight, wherever you may be.
Your Ari Homes designer will get to know you, and carefully consider what it means for your family to flourish in your new home. Your individual style, favourite things to do, way of working, priorities, goals and personal preferences will shape the landscaping, appliance options and interior design, as well as the materials and finishes we use. It’s all unique to you.
Whether you own the lot, or need help finding the perfect location, Ari Homes can help. From initial blueprints to permitting and financing, we are with you – to the move-in date and beyond! For most custom build projects, our fee is a flat $50,000.
